Question / Help Capture card still poppin' even after getting a new unit sent to me

Hi guys, RamuneGaming again. You might remember a few week ago I came here seeking help because capture programs and my capture card were producing popping audio. Well The company finally sent a "new" unit to me and I am still have the same issue so was wondering if you guys had any other solutions?

Here's a log if it helps from OBS: http://pastebin.com/vTnJ3tJS and a video

My only thoughts on this is that either A) the problem is something to do with my pc B) my usb 3.0 cable is damaged or C) they sent me the old one back claiming it was a new unit. If anyone has suggestions please help.

I doubt it's the capture device. And if the cable were damaged, it wouldn't even work at all. The cause is most likely A, but that's just a guess. That's just my guess. I would test it on other PCs if you're able to.

If possible use the WaveOut audio renderer in the device properties settings. Solved the problem for me.

I am trying to find another pc ot try it on as I think it would be a good thing to try. I can't use PBS on my dad's pc and for whatever reason it won't install Xsplit so I am having to ask a mate for a favor, here's hoping. Unfortantly WaveOut Render did not change anything. I noticed my 3.0 drivers are not installed correctly which might be the cause but when I try to install the intel 3.0 drivers it says my pc is not compatible, I was told that 4th gen i7 has different drivers but I can find these drivers, anyone got any ideas.

I know I keep pesting this forum and for that I apologize. This problem is quite annoying however

I had this issue using audio from the capture card. It wasn't an issue just using my sound card's line in. I fixed it by just changing my scene buffer to 700ms.
