Hey All,
I've been having an issue where the audio from my Capture Card keeps having an odd stuttering effect going on. Every few seconds itl sounds like there is a small stutter in the audio and I cannot seem to get it to go away no matter what. At first I noticed in the log that I was getting constant "Audio timestamp for device 'XI100DUSB-HDMI Video' was behind target timestamp by 90" so I tried increasing the scene buffering to 1000 from 400 and at first it looked like it was working as it removed those messages from the log but I still hear the audio stutter. I usually use a Logitech C920 webcam with the setup as well but for testing purposes have created a scene that only uses my capture card and an image for overlay. This was in an effort to remove all possible USB devices except for the capture card.
Oddly enough when I set the capture card to "listen" in my system sound preferences the signal is crystal clear with no issues. It seems to only happen when going through OBS. I also tried using the "bcdedit /set useplatformclock true" command to attempt to fix it but that didn't seem to help either. Log is posted below. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
