Question / Help Capped at 30 FPS?

Hey what's up guys, so i'm having this problem where whenever i record, i don't stream i record for youtube. anyways whenever i record i get capped at 30 fps. Yesterday it was working great 60 fps and everything i have not changed a setting since, and now all the sudden im capped at 30 fps keep in mind the only game i tried OBS on was minecraft so idk if this is just a minecraft deal or not, but also i checked the pinned fps dropping problem and i tried the stuff but most of it was for streaming, i don't stream i record for youtube. Also minecraft has vsync off and the frames are set to unlimited so i usually get around 500 - 900 frames and then all the sudden it just drops down to 30 when i use OBS. If anyone has any ideas pleas let me know! Also i did set my obs to record at 60 fps aswell so i don't see how that can be the problem. But yeah if anyone has any suggestions or help please reply!
