Question / Help Can't watch my own stream.

So I have a little problem. I cant watch my own stream while streaming but other people can. Watching other peoples stream while I stream is no problem.
I have 90 up and 90 down so it shouldnt really be a problem.
I have 3500, 60 fps@ 720p
The funny thing is that i can watch it without problems if i use a VPN.

gtx 980
i7 6700 @ 4.0
8 gb ram.

If you arent partnered your stream will buffering with 3500kbit/s upload. You should set it to 3000 or 2500 to get more viewers who could watch your stream. It should also fix your problem to watch your own stream. Its happening to different person. That twitch server has bad connection to your place. Because of none partnered you will not get support and just a lower bitrate will help you.
