Can't use the latest version of OBS...

Hello everyone,
I'm having this issue for a long time... I can not update to the latest version of OBS. Every time when I updated it, it crashed. The only version that I can still use is 27.0.0.
I don't know what's wrong, please help me. Thank you.

Update your Intel GPU driver.

My GPU driver is the latest version already...

If you're getting that error, it's not. Update using intel.com drivers not any other way.
