Bug Report Can't update

I have installed a fresh version of OBS and restarted my computer many times but it doesn't matter. When I load into the program a window pops up asking if I want to update and when I hit yes It starts to download stuff and then gives me an error saying that OBS.exe is still in use.

Check your task manager and see if obs.exe is still running somewhere, and if so, end the process.

Yes I already checked to make sure that wasnt the case. As soon as it starts to update it closes in task manager. The weird part is that I can't delete the OBS.exe file until I restart my computer.

Did you run any service "tweaks"? This can happen if you disable important windows services.

No I have not. This has so far only happened with OBS.

Check your services.msc and make sure Application Information and Application Experience are not disabled.

It was my antivirus... I disabled all the stupid features when I installed it but for some reason it decided I wanted to actually turn them on. Thank you for all the responses!
