That's good news. It's a worldwide issue that's been caught and is being solved atm

It worked for me NA: Mexico, Queretaro (2)

I tried like 5 or 6 before using the same as him, but only his' worked.

I'm in Spain and it's working fine with Mexico server. Canada is more like the same. Distances are relative to the internet cable speed, and europe connections with america are underwater strong and huge cables. You should be fine Either on Canada or in Mexico servers... just for now while they solve the issue.
