i would first ensure that you disable 3rd party software firewalls or make an exception for all OBS traffic. Windows firewall should be fine.

Second, change ingest servers. Try the nect closer server.

try this speedtest. It will test directly to twitch since speedtest.net will show unreliable speedtests when streamimg.

US West San Francisco, CA: 4852 kbps 324ms 75

I live in Estern shore: State: maryland. And obs is allowed in my firewall its trusted.
How do i make an exception for all obs traffic?

The server i use now is US East Ashburn VA

TCP port 1935 I believe.is what rtmp traffic uses, add that to as an exception for outgoing traffic on your firewall. Are you only using windows firewall?

as for your connection, try the NY server and see if you have the same trouble. problem seems to happen after 30 minutes?

If a different ingest is still having the issue, the problem might be somewhere else (just not sure where yet).

I would also change out your cat5 cable from your PC to your router. seems that with your newer computer and new router, you're still only connecting to it as 100Mb/s. you might think that is fine, but to me it shows a possible bad cable (if you can change it, do so just to rule it out as an issue)

23:46:03: RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Received FD_CLOSE, 30088 ms since last send (buffer: 164406 / 165888)
23:46:03: RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Aborting due to FD_CLOSE during shutdown, 164406 bytes lost, error 0
23:46:31: ~RTMPPublisher: Network appears stalled with 0 / 165888 buffered, dropping connection!
23:46:31: ~RTMPPublisher: Send thread terminated in 50002 ms

Something is messing up your network, remove any 3rd party firewall / security software (disabling often won't help - you will need to uninstall it).

i have window firewall. but i use total defence security suite - last night on my total defence i put obs as a trusted program.
I dont think window firewall is causing it. i tried looking to add obs to be trusted to my window firewall.

But since you guys said only using 100 mbps, i think i know now. my room is upstairs and the router is downstairs and i have pc and console upstairs. so i have a switch it is: NetGear 5 port 10/100mbps switch FS605 v3. Is this what is causing it?

And if it is i just bought a new switch on amazon it is a
NETGEAR 5-port Home Theater and Network Gaming Hub GS605AV This will work wont it?

Try uninstalling total defence, the built in Windows firewall is more than sufficient.

No, I was really just pointing out things that didn't look right. Do what R1CH recommended by uninstalling the firewall and go from there. If the problem persists past this, that might be something to look at, but more than likely, its the 3rd party firewall.

ok i will. I just went to my window firewall to check something and its red and says window firewall is not using recommended settings to protect ur computer and it wants me to update.
Home Network: window firewall state: off
Incoming connection: block all connections to programs that are not on the list of allowed programs.

I will uninstall total defence aswell. But could this ^ be why? 2 days ago i streamed it was good. and then yesterday it messes up and it does that on and off. would 3rd party firewalls/security do that? just wondering

3rd party firewall might disable windows firewall to "function" properly. after you uninstall, just click the "use recommended settings" button and all should be right with the world.
