Question / Help Cant Stream Certain Games.

I can stream games like Rocket League, League of Legends, Minecraft, H1Z1 and games like that. But when I start to stream Counter: Strike GO. The animations reset and lag, My game is lags, as well as I have huge FPS drops. Could it be I need more Memory, or does my CPU not do well with streaming and I need to look into upgrading it.

My PC Specs:
AMD FX - 8320 8 core @ 3.50GHz
GTX 760
8.00 GB RAM

Stream Settings:
2500 Bit Rate @ 6 upload
1920x1080 downscaled to 1280x720
