A while ago, I started to use second (older) GPU in OBS studio to stream with nice 30-45 fps at 1440p.

other example - first try of that setup with specs in describtion

But I have no idea since when,
Whenever i try to record or stream, OBS fps dropps to 10 and are unwatchable, while in game i maintain 70-80 without any problem.
0 skipped frames, just LOW fps encoded
This i recorded today
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=66Yy4m2v-7k
it was set to be 60 FPS, but in OBS window it shown drops to ~15 and it looks terrible
What changed? Still used exact same settings i did in october.
It doesn't matter if i encode on main gpu, or secondary gpu.
Its even worse if i try to encode with cpu (4790k)
