Hello folks,
I've read many comments and blogs about OBS, changed my bit rate and other settings but still i'm having stream freeze issues(not pc freeze, only broadcast) while broadcasting on Twitch.tv
My rig is: i5 3570k oced to 3.8ghz gigabyte gtx 680 16 gb 1600mhz ram Playing games on my samsung evo 240 ssd 50mbit dl speed / 4mbit ul speed

Trying to stream: Overwatch and Team Fortress 2
My bitrate: 1400 (Downed 2000, 100 kbit at each steps) Enable CBR padding: Ticked Not using custom buffer size Encoder x264 Quality Balance 8 Resolution scaled down to 720p FPS: 30 Filter: bilinear process priorty: normal (also tried above normal) cpu preset: very fast server is frankfurt (nearst server for me, also tried amsterdam too)
So while trying to stream both games, i open my channel on the second pc or cell phone to check it, and i see picture freezes/pauses like (3-5 secs) every 15-20 secs, also other viewers told me that too. My pc is ok while playing, i don't see any fps drops, no overheating. Also i've seen many players with lower pc specs and they could able to stream without freeze, i don't get what's wrong with mine.
So any thoughts about it?
