My friend recommended me Open Broadcaster Software and he says that this software is INCREDIBLE. But when I wanted to stream this comes out:

But when I check my DirectX version, it says that I have DirectX 11 installed (image shown below).

Please help me solve this problem.

Yeah your integrated graphics wont support dx11, however it should support dx10 if I'm not mistaken. You might wanna update your drivers.
