hello, as you may have seen on the title, obs is making minecraft laggy but Game Bar is working normally, at 60 fps without any lag, its like if its not recording

Link of OBS recording: https://streamable.com/3dyd74

OBS settings:
720p, 60fps, Intel Quicksync, 14k Kbps CBR, Target: Quality (i have tried with veryfast and fast but its the same) , Profile: High, Latency Normal
PC:
Intel Core i7-8565 @ 1.8Ghz (4.6 Turbo, but its normally on 3.6-3.8ghz ingame cuz of heat throttle)
nVidia MX110 (ik its very bad but overclocked)
8gb Ram DDR4 2400mhz

* log file attached

what the hell is happening?

1) Run OBS as Administrator to enable a GPU workaround that can give you more margin against GPU overload in games, ensuring that OBS can get its housekeeping tasks done first.

2)
13:03:12.446: fps: 59/1
13:03:12.446: format: RGBA
13:03:12.446: YUV mode: None
Stop trying to record in RGBA mode. It is EXTREMELY taxing, and Game Bar definitely does NOT do this. Swap back to standard 709 colorspace, Partial range. I'd also recommend recording at 60fps as 59 is going to get you judder, even if you're trying to record at NTSC back-compatibility.
