Can't Record Minecraft (log included)

Yesterday i thought about getting back into streaming after 4 years and said lets do minecraft, now when i did first time it all worked i restarted it to aplly the plugins and it happend. I have tried everything and for some reason it fixes it self randomly and works for a few minutes. so i add Game Capture and select Minecraft 1.12.2 then the bug arises. My issue is that it wont let me play MC as it drops the frames to almost 0 but if i look in obs on my second screen it is working in the preview, if you hide the Game Capture Source it fixes it self (but then you cant really record) well then i said lets tray Window Capture, and i did it reversed the matters now Minecraft will be frozen or will be like a flipbook because of the low framerate, But for some reason minecraft works normally now.

I'm using only those 2 plugins and it wouldn't make sense for them to break it so i uninstalled them and tried without (still the same issue) i even completely did a clean install of OBS again and i still have the issue.

My computer has latest AMD GPU Drivers and Windows Update is Latest.
I also followed a thread about how i should dissable Xbox Backround recording.

Both Logs are A new one today on the right and the old one yesterday before reinstalling and having it running and trying to fix things for abit
