the quality command is crf=xx and not cfr=xx
your cpu is quite weak. veryfast preset wont probably work but since it local recording you can put it to ultrafast and use buffer 0 which causes a higher file size with less cpu impact.
for everything else with your current settings the quality should be okay 1080p30 with buffer 0 and quality goal 10 should look somewhat decent so i'd like to see some example footage
