I have tried recording with all different sources and all i get when cut scenes come it is fine for me but playing the video back the cutscenes are choppy, and slow, the normal game is though
Looks like you're trying to record at too high of settings for your computer. Your CPU is really weak. Try downscaling by at least 2.00 and changing your x264 cpu preset to superfast or ultrafast.
