Cant record because too lag

Hi Im having trouble tryna record because my encoding always goes bad and it like dropped alot of fps and i cant even record videos to post on youtube


Here's my spec
AMD Althon 7120U with Radeon Graphics
Ram : 7.2GB
AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics (Integrated), GPU Memory : 4.1GB, Shared GPU memory 3.6GB, Dedicated GPU Memory : 512MB

In the past i used some x264 options by some youtuber and it went great now its bad but i cant blame the laptop because its an budget laptop

1. Make sure you have the newest drivers installed

2. OBS > Tools > Auto-Configuration Wizard > Optimize just for recording... Once it's done, do not change anything, close OBS, re-open it and try recording.

If still having issues

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
