Question / Help CAN'T RECORD AT 1920x1080

Hello , I've been messing around with the setting to find decent ones , but no matter what i do if i try to record at 1920x1080 the video resulted is so laggy. If i down the output resolutin to 720p works just fine . I've tried on every encoder but is the same story. It's just a league of legends record , i can't understand why it does that. Help me please !

My Laptop Specs :

-Intel® Core™ i7-4710HQ Processor 2,5 Gz Haswell
-4 GB RAM DDR3
-Nvidia GeForce GTX 850M 2GB

And I am using a BenQ monitor GW2270 1920x1080
 
@alpinlol ok i've managed to solve the "black scren" looks like i forgot to run it as admin .

Here are the logs :





And when i'm in game and start the OBS it isntantly starts lagging

Would be great if the Log contains an actual streaming or recording attempt of around 5-10 Minutes.
 
@alpinlol i can;t figure it out , i've tried each encoder one by one changing the settings from high to low quality and test each everytime , but no result the video is really fragmented
 
The problem was solved . The actual video is laggy , but once i upload it to youtube looks just fine.
