Question / Help Can't Play All Games on OBS

I can play League of Legends normally with my face cam on. The thing is I can play TF 2 without my face cam on for some reason (need help with that). How do i play any other game without having my monitor screen going black while in game playing?

So I can't play OSU or Counter-Strike on the monitor capture?
