Question / Help Cant install OBS.

Hello, I'm trying to install OBS for my windows 8. I've tried with version 0.542b,0.57b and 0.571b. When I click on the setup file to install it says I dont have the directx version required and it tells me download the version.I click yes and download the directx version and same thing happens again.
My pc specs are
GTX 660
i7 3370k
z77 mobo
8gigs ram.
Windows 8
