Question / Help Can't Initialize DirectX

I am trying to use OBS, but it's saying it can't initialize DirectX 10 on it, is it possible that it's because I am using DirectX 11, or is it something else? I am using Windows 7, and I have already updated my video card drivers.

Your graphics card does not have sufficient support for DirectX 10. It does not matter if you have newer versions of DirectX software installed; your hardware does not support the necessary features, and no you cannot do anything about it apart from upgrading it.
