Question / Help Can't Hold Constant Bitrate.

So currently OBS randomly drops frames and can't hold a constant bit rate over periods of time. I have worked with my ISP on this endlessly and they never find anything wrong, so i figured might as well see if it could be OBS some how.

Heres a log with the largest sample i could find,

Do a new stream using the best settings you've found so far, except change your preset to Very Fast. Make the stream at least five minutes long of the highest action video your subject matter has to offer. And post that log file.

So Basically a game that will Stress the Processor out?
And if no errors occur should i just continue to do it until an error occurs?
