Can't Hear Game Audio

So! I'm messing around with OBS right now, trying to get set up for any time in the future I want to use it for streaming/recordings.
Things are working fine! I manage to get the game capture working for both Terraria and Minecraft.

Now, the title is slightly misleading. I can hear Terraria just fine! It shows up in OBS as desktop audio, but as soon as I try the exact same thing with minecraft, I hear nothing, but can see its audible to OBS.

I have had a glance and have seen people mention Bluetooth Headphones usually being the reason and, yeah, I can see why. I'm using a pair myself, but it works for one and not the other. I've messed with some of the audio settings and nothing seems to work for Minecraft, despite it still working fine for Terraria.

Any help, thoughts or ideas?

Bluetooth itself, on Windows, can be an issue due to technical details (I won't get into here). But you are correct, most of the time, the issues are consistent across the system, not app specific (usually)

In your case, especially if you are new to OBS, I'm wondering if you have a different scene for the different apps (common), and also have a different Audio mixer setting (Output vs Monitor and Output, which you overlooked)?

Yes! I have one scene for each game. Across the two I don't believe there's a difference? They're identical other than the captures being specific to the game it's labelled for. Even now, while watching a stream, I can hear the audio just fine, but as soon as I open minecraft there seems to be an issue. It may just be something to do with the game itself?

I... have just tried again and... everything worked perfectly fine? I hear the game audio with no issue now and I haven't changed anything since I last tried haha
