cant go live on facebook

when i try to use "Go Live with Facebook Streamer Dashboard settings" it wont go live, but if i use Create a new Facebook Live Video post with these settings option stream starts up but i have chat issues and i cant get a test stream going, it like my streaming software dont connect, i get no video source, can someone help me im new to streaming trying to get up and running so i can stream thanks.

i tried uninstalling and reinstalling,
i tried copying and pasting new stream key and also the url

Because you're using the streamelements plugin for facebook integration, you're going to need to contact streamelements for assistance.
