Question / Help cant get OBS to stream with Twitch

i have verified that i have direct X11, viedo card works fine, everything set up right in OBS and i get the following error message in OBS when i try to preview stream

Could not initialize DirectX10 on Intel(R) HD Graphics

Having DirectX 10/11 installed does not mean you have graphics hardware that supports it. It looks like you don't meet the requirements to run OBS. Do you actually have a discrete graphics card or are you using that term to refer to your onboard Intel D Graphics?

Error: Could not initialize DirectX 10 on Intel(R) HD Graphics. This error can happen for one of the following reasons:

1.) Your GPU is not supported (DirectX 10 is required - note that many integrated laptop GPUs do not support DX10)
2.) You're running Windows Vista without the "Platform Update"
3.) Your video card drivers are out of date

If you are using a laptop with NVIDIA Optimus or AMD Switchable Graphics, make sure OBS is set to run on the high performance GPU in your driver settings.
