Question / Help Can't get OBS to run smooth

It is super laggy. It used to be fine but then I got 2 1080p monitors and now it barley runs at 20 fps. Setup: http://pastebin.com/SpVE0qpG

I talked to dping on the forum and he told me some things to do and they didn't work at all. So I am back now maybe a month or two later still not able to stream. Any ideas? I'm trying to stream rust and can't do that. D:

Your system isn't really capable of streaming at 60fps.

You're actually pushing your system to its limits right now.
