I changed the title because It's a little misleading at this point- sorry I ended up in the wrong forum<3

Ok, a few things first. I am not a big computer person and am trying to figure out how to get obs to work so that I can stream League of Legends. I have been reading these forums and watching videos for DAYS. Posting is a last resort for me, so please help. I have my stream working and have gone live a few times, it works, I lose fps and it seems a little strained but that's not really the problem. The problem is getting the CLR Browser to work. Everything I've found on that says I need OBS 32 bit for it to work smoothly. I've looked everywhere on my computer for this. It's not here. I've uninstalled and re installed OBS, I've tried the binaries thing. I've extracted files and moved files. It's not there. I don't know what else to try.
I'm not really sure how to give any computer specs. I know my boyfriend built it. And that's about it. I can find that info if told where to look and if it's necessary.

The CLR Browser plugin does not require the 32-bit version of OBS. It does require you to move some files into the correct directory and install two dependencies however.

- Get the plugin and two dependencies (marked in bold red) from https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/clr-browser-source-plugin.22/ for whichever version of OBS you want to run, 32-bit or 64-bit.

- Install the two dependencies you downloaded.

- Extract the plugin. You should get a CLRHostPlugin.dll file and a CLRHostPlugin folder.

- Move these to your OBS plugins directory. For 32-bit OBS this is C:\Program Files (x86)\OBS\plugins, and for 64-bit OBS this is C:\Program Files\OBS\plugins

Start OBS and you should be able to add a Browser Source to your sources list.

Ok, so I got farther with this than anything else I have tried but still no clr plugin showing up. I think I might have obs in the wrong place though. Ugh. I think I'm going to purge my computer of everything obs/clr and try again with a clean slate.

And thank you for responding!

Ok, I purged everything and started from scratch. Installed OBS, the MS dependencies, the plug in. I extracted them to the correct place. Step by step. And still nothing. :(

This is the most recent one in the OBS Logs folder.(From 20 minutes ago) If that's not what you meant, I can find what you wanted if you tell me how =]

2 things:

* Looks like you need to run 7-zip as admin to unzip to that folder
* C:\Program Files\OBS is for the 64bit version of OBS. The 32bit version is in C:\Program Files (x86)\OBS

I can usually find out to run things as admin, but I can't figure it out for this....

That is still the wrong place.

Look at the path at the top of the window. See how it says "Program Files"? It should say "Program Files (x86)". The (x86) is important if you're trying to use the 32bit version.

OK, so you installed the 64bit version of the plugin to the place you screenshotted? Can you post a new log?

ectract the file to desktop run the installer as admin
it will install both 32 and 64 using a cmd window
as soon as your start obs in task manger the clr should be running

I did everything Sapiens said to do. I chose the 64bit version. When I couldn't figure out how to run 7zip as admin, I extracted to my desktop and moved it to a zip from there. Everything looked right. I can 't post a new log until later today, but I will as soon as I can.

That log is a day old and is from the 32bit version of OBS. You will need to post a link to a clean log file. To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream for 2-3 Minutes, and stop it again. Then, in OBS, select Help > Log Files > Upload current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.
