Hey guys, back with another problem :)

So i have tried allot of different settings but i just cant get my audio to sound crisp.
The music seems to be quite muffled and i hear allot of problems in the low ends, there's like small chirpy sounds that shouldn't be there.
I'm using twitch for music production so it's kinda important to me :d

I have an audio interface and i'm also using Virtual Audio Cable so i can use the ASIO drivers for fruity loops (I linked my Audio interface's OUT to a virtual Line 1. Then selected the Line 1 inside of obs for audio. I have also tried this in an analogue way by connecting my interface's outputs in the mic/instrument inputs, and using the mic as the main audio source inside of obs. It all works great expect for the quality problems.

I'm using 160 audio bitrate. And everything is set to 44.1 khz.

If your interested i uploaded 2 files on soundcloud so you can hear the difference,
Original Audio
Streaming Twitch

I wonder though if it is possible to achieve source audio quality on twitch ? or will it always have some quality loss.

Thanks for reading !

So weird, your like the second one already telling me that !
Maybe it's not that bad as i thought if nobody notices it. But i swear i hear scratchy-like sounds in the twitch recording !!
Am i really the only one ? :d

So i've listened to the files again over my studio monitors and it's indeed very hard to hear any difference on them. On my headphones i hear the difference more clearly though.

Maybe i'm being a tiny bit to meticulous and should not worry to much about it. :D

Yeah, I figured it might not be noticeable unless one had studio-quality gear lying around; I wouldn't worry too much about it :p

Try setting everything to 48k or whatever the audio is inputted and outputted to your speakers and mic. that way, no audio encoding is being done.
