Question / Help Cant get full screen streamed...

When i want to stream League of Legends or Runescape or whatever. I always have this large black area aroud part of my game or 2 black bars on the sides.

Could someone tell me specficially how to fix this? pretty new to using OBS

If you have black bars probably means that your video is 16:10 while Twitch expects a 16:9 ratio. I believe there is not fix for that other than getting a 16:9 monitor, but I could be wrong
