Question / Help Can't get advanced scene switcher to work.

I don't code for a living so can anyone explain the directions on GitHub that make no sense as far as installing the plugin? I put the .so file in the plugin folder like it says, then it directs me to a github page for installing on a Mac if I'm using the latest version of OBS, which I am. 24.0.6. The instructions their are unfortunately written by someone more advanced than me for people more advanced than me so basically unless you have a professional knowledge of how Macs and OBS and plugins work, they are useless. So here I am on the forum asking for some real help. Thanks. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
