Question / Help Can't fix high cpu usage

Recently my cpu usage is insanely high when i stream on obs. And by high, i mean around 85-95%. I was wondering if anyone could help me with my stream set up.

Here are my spec:
Fx 8320 8 core 3.5GHz
Evga GTX 960 4GB FTW
16GB of RAM.

And this is my stream setup right now:

And I mostly play League of Legends while I stream.

Your CPU is roughly equivalent to an i5. Generally that CPU point is going to run out of steam not far past 720p@30fps, and you're trying to push 60fps. Try dialling it back to 45 or 30fps, and see if the high CPU load persists.

I have tried running it at 720p and 30fps, but the high cpu usage still remain the same.
