Question / Help Can't fit game in my stream. PLEASE HELP!

I use to stream gungames on CS:GO and i could fit the whole game capture in my stream, but it seems now when I stream it never shows the top portion of the game. I can never see the map, the score, who-killed-who. I'm missing just...the top. I'm slightly new to streaming and would love some help and guidance to help me fix this issue. My monitor is a 1680x1050, I stream on a 1920x1080 resolution. I just don't know how to fix it and what other settings i should use! This is my log, for the settings I believe I currently use...can anyone please help??

Your monitor is running a 16:10 resolution, and you are outputting it to a 16:9 resolution. It sounds like you are stretching the capture to the full width which will cut off the top and the bottom. You will only be able to fit your video if you leave black bars on the left and right.
