Hello

After days of trying to activate my onboard grapics,i gave it up.
Checked BIOS for options such as : multimontior, igpu or others.Nothing similar to that is available
I updated my BIOS and tried to install the original Intel HD 2500 driver which fits to my mainboard and intel chip, but i always get the error: this system does not meet the minimum requirements for the installation of the software.

My pc :

Intel i5 3450k Ivy Bridge (onboard intel hd 2500 graphics)
GeForce GTX550 Ti
8GB DDR3
1,5TB HDD

http://ark.intel.com/de/products/65511/Intel-Core-i5-3450-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_50-GHz
Intel Quick Sync Video - YES
Processor Graphics - Intel® HD Graphics 2500

Could anyone help me please ?

It would be more important to know what kind of motherboard you have. The processor of course supports quicksync. But the mainboard/motherboard is a very important part too.

Hmm, its hard to find something clear on this medion devices, had that problem more than once. It seems to be an MSI MS-7728 but I still couldnt find out if it has QuickSync. Since you mentioned your Bios had no options to activate or deactivate multimonitor/igpu etc. I would assume the board does not support Quick Sync and you are out of luck :/
You could of course try and contact Medion to get a definite answer.

If your PC is the "Aldi PC" mentioned in this review, then you are out of luck - the review text and video clearly shows hat the main board has no monitor connectors, so it is unlikely that you are able to activate the integrated graphics.

Take a look at the backplane of your mainboard. If there are no connectors for VGA/HDMI/DVI from the mainboard, then there is most likely no support on the mainboard. Such boards require an external video card.
