Bug Report Can't even install OBS (windows 7)

I can't even install the OBS!
when i run the installer file (even with " run as administrator " ) a pop up comes & asks to download runtime component form this link:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
& when i download & update the Visual C++ for it. & trying to install the OBS, it happens again! (asking to download & redirecting to the above link).
what should i do now? :(

Make sure you're installing both the x86 and x64 runtimes.
