Question / Help Can't enable quick sync

I have tried .592b and the new .60b test build7

I don't know why but I can't enable quicksync. I have my 2nd monitor plugged into my hd3000, and this configuration has worked before.

When I launch a game like sonic adventure 2, it lets me select my hd3000.

The intel control panel works fine, I can access it and change the resolution on my 2nd monitor.


OBS says I do not have quick sync support though.

I even tried installing virtu mvp, but it didn't help.

Any ideas?

Got the issue fixed.
When upgrading and or reinstalling(clean) the hd3000 driver, I get a black screen during the installation.
However, the intel control panel still works after reboot, and it performs fine in video games. Quick sync for any application is not available.


Now I uninstalled the intel software again, but installed an older version from intel's website. The same problem happened again.

Luckily on reboot Windows update told me it had an update available and I installed that. Works good, issue resolved.
