Bug Report can't detect blade&soul?

i want to use game capture function but
OBS can't detect blade&soul game program (i dont mean chrome window in there)

the screen is software capture mode.

plaync? apparently they have some anti-cheat thing that prevents the window from being detected by apps such as mine for some reason.

I might be able to make a work around some time in the future. not sure.
