Question / Help Can't connect to Twitch

I have messed around with the obs setting a bit, and I am able to record/export to a file, but when I try to stream, I get a 10060 error.
I have tried resetting my stream key, and using a wired connection, but it does nothing.

Do you have any sort of antivirus program or firewall software installed that might be interrupting the connection?

I did open up the windows firewall and allow OBS through.
