Question / Help can't commentate

I use OBS to stream but whenever i speak the stream chat and webcam just freeze and don't stop. also any game audio that should be playing (or sometimes my voice) can't be heard and i don't know what to do. and i have a big stream event coming up on halloween so it needs to be fixed by then! :'( HELP!

it didn't count as a crash because theres nothing in my crashdumps file
