Question / Help Cant Change to Higher Resolution

Basically I just bought myself a new 4k monitor. and my screen resolution is 3840 - 2160
Anytime i try to set my OBS software up to that it never works. it stays at 2560 - 1440 which only displays half my screen. does anyone have a solution to this...?

I tested it and didn't see any issue. Perhaps you just need to set the actual resolution numbers in the base resolution?
