Can't change output settings even though everythin is inactive..

Hello i have been trying for almost 3-4 hours to change my output settings using a specific .lua script i managed to find that helps me find what's active but the thing is everything is inactive.. please help me guys here is the script log with all the details i don't think i can do it on my own to be honest and i'm no tech guy so any help would be really appreciated!!

I assume that part of OBS UI was disabled, so you can't modify some parameters. So, if it is not due to an active output, then this usually happens when user enables mutually exclusive options. You should look carefully at the UI - there a lot of warnings (messages usually has yellow/red color, but sometimes it's just a normal text) that can hint you what was enabled and thus part of the UI was disabled.

No CQP Setting anymore? Or where do I find the option for that?

Am I dumb or is in the newest Version of OBS Studio 31.0.1 no CQP option anymore? I installed my windows new and forget to save all OBS settings now I can't find the option anymore for the CQP setting and everything looks kinda different or has a different name. I'm so confused!

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
