Question / Help Can't capture window

I've been messing around with OBS for maybe an hour or so now, trying to figure out what's what to do a stream on picarto. I've hit a wall and I can't figure out what to do. I can't figure out how to capture just the art program I'm using. I figured out how to capture browser and my entire display just fine, but when it comes down to the window itself I can't figure it out. Then I go to check the website here, in the help section? (http://jp9000.github.io/OBS/sources/windowcapture.html) Yeah, I can't find a menu that looks even remotely like this here.

Soo, what's up. How do I window capture? Because I'm either retarded or blind, but I can't figure out what to do.

First you have to create a Scene by right-clicking under Scenes. Then, right click under Sources and you should see a Window Capture scene.
