Can't capture Spotify audio

I've spent hours today (and days over the past 2 months) researching how to do this and have tried https://obsproject.com/kb/application-audio-capture-guide but don't have betas, and Spotify doesn't even show up as an option for the window capture

I also tried just doing the Audio capture, but again, there's no Spotify option

I don't know what to do. Can someone please help?

UPDATE: I found it. I hadn't checked "Show full screen and hidden windows / applications" in the Screen Capture (the method described in https://obsproject.com/kb/macos-desktop-audio-capture-guide)
