Question / Help Can't capture overlay

Hello and sorry in advance if this question has been asked before but in a quick search i couldn't find anything. I play and stream Hearthstone and recently downloaded a program called hearthstone deck tracker by epix37. This program makes an overlay over hearthstone window with the deck you are playing . I can'te seem to be able to make OBS capture that overlay. Any suggestions ?

In OBS you have to go to sources, right click, add new source, window capture. Do this with the decktracker running and you will see two windows for Opponent and My deck.

This Doesn't work. It only says overlay which is just a black screen for some reason. And the only way to see a player and opponent window is to go in options and enable the extra windows but my question is how to capture the overlay not the extra windows.
