I am having issues getting everything to work correctly together. Please bare with me as I am a total noob and learning as I go.
Here is my set up:
- Canon xl2 Camera
- S-Video cable out to Intensity Shuttle
- Shuttle to PC via USB 3
- Recording currently via Open Broadcaster
- Camera is set to 16:9
- NTSC video standard
We are recording church services. The video that we get says it is 720 X 480 but it all looks stretched tall. I dont know what I am doing wrong but no combination I try works to correct this issue. Can anybody help?
