Question / Help Cannot Stream or Record DayZ

Having a lot of issues with OBS recently - I thought waiting for some updates would solve it, but I was wrong. I have both recorded and streamed with OBS in the past, and nothing has changed before the problem started and after concerning my settings.

Here is my log.

This perplexes me wholeheartedly, and I am hopeful I can get help finding a solution soon.
