I start the stream a couple minutes and this appear:

Texture->Map failed: 0x887 a0005 0x8007000e

DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED This error can also occur if you have enabled opencl in x264 custom settings.

Then the stream crash. At the start it was doing it like after hours of streaming, and now its like every minute so I can't stream.
I tried removing OBS from my PC then downloading it again but in the middle of the installation I get this:

Error opening file for writing:

C:/Program Files
(x86)/OBS/plugins/GraphicsCapture/GraphicsCaptureHooks.dll

Click Abort to stop the installation,
Retry to try again, or
Ignore to skip this file.

Thank you for your help!

Restarting the computer tends to fix the upgrade/reinstall issue, because that DLL gets is active within games/etc.

As for the texture->map issue, it tends to be caused by either bad laptop drivers (happens more often than I'd like on laptops), or if on desktop, unstable system. It's generally not OBS' fault though.

Interesting,
Having same problem, time to time it just crashes and throws this error at me.

Recently upgraded to Asus Strix GTX 970 OC, with Intel HD i didn't have any problems. Let's try to completely remove all graphic drivers and then see what happens.

Removed Intel HD and Nvidia drivers with "Display driver Uninstaller" in safe mode, and installed latest Nvidias drivers. Seems fine for now. :)
