I got this error today randomly, I haven't changed anything what so ever. I got Advanced Warfare, and was going to go stream it. So I opened OBS and got the error "Cannot Initialize Desktop sound, see log for more info".
Before just posting for help I googled it, found some tutorials that didn't work, went on these forums and most the time this problem has been associated with Kracken headsets? I don't have them. I have Turtle Beach x12's, but either way I tried using the suggested 64bit, which also didn't work.
