Question / Help Cannot Import files from OBS into Microsoft Encoder Expressions 4.

I need help with this. Whenever I try it says " Error, an unknown error has occurred ". I would like to use Expressions Encoder because I can do overlays with it, but I need to be able to import the OBS clip I want to overlay. Thanks for the help.

Does the video file work in VLC?
Does the video file work in OpenShot?

no obs clips will import, and they seem to work everywhere else

Then you may need to contact microsoft for help on that.
