Question / Help Cannot get recordings to smooth out

I have been hopping from guide to guide to tweak and adjust my settings and I have been slowly getting clearer video but it is still very choppy. Audio seems vine but video is riddled with 2 to 5 second stops, it basically looks like a slide show. What am I doing wrong?

According to the log you're trying to use 1080p 60fps. It's just not feasible because it requires a beefy system. Downscale at least to 720p.

You should play in 1080p if that's your monitors native res and downscale to 720p in obs.
