Question / Help Cannot Connect to Server? Error: 10106

When attempting to stream to Twitch, I get an error two seconds in:

Could not connect to server

RTMP_Connect0, failed to create socket. Error: 10106

Now I have a feeling this is caused by something on my side, but I cannot figure it out from the internet and tried many different things, including creating exceptions for OBS and even disabling the firewall all together.

I attached the Log text file additionally.

Do you have any firewall software or particular anti-virus installed? Some certain anti-virus software (mostly comodo) have been blocking outgoing transmissions from unsigned programs such as OBS, it's quite frustrating.

Disabling often doesn't work with antivirus /security products, the drivers remain loaded and still cause problems. Try uninstalling. A TCP/IP reset might also help.

Alright! I'm streaming again. I don't think it was the TCP/IP Reset, because I've done that before. But I do think re-installing OBS was the fix. Thanks guys!

On second thought, it started doing the error again. I tried the two potential solutions again, and it still gave me the error after a while. TCP/IP Reset works, then it acts up later.
